The company is owned and managed by  MR. VICTOR A. FUENTES, formerly product and project development manager of  International Catering Equipment and Supplies (ICES) which was formerly owned by Asbury Associate and Middleby Corporation of the U.S.

Mr. Fuentes is a veteran foodservice equipment man for fifteen years on a global scope.  He designs commercial and industrial foodservice equipment and facility.  His wealth of experience proved when he brought most of  prestigious list of accounts to their former company such as Marriot – Ayala Cebu Hotel, Holiday Inn Clark, Mimosa Golf, Makati Stock Exchange Tower, Amanpulo Island Resort- Soriano Group, San Miguel Tower- Ortigas, Magnolia – San Miguel Corp. , Shell Phils., Kenny Rogers, Shakeys, Coca-cola Phils.,  etc.
